Terms and Conditions (T&C)

These general conditions govern the use of the CRM-AIO software and the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

1. Definitions

Seller: MONSIEUR TONY LATREE. Customer: Any natural or legal person subscribing to CRM-AIO services. Service: The CRM-AIO software in SaaS mode (Software as a Service).

2. Object

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Seller makes the CRM-AIO service available to the Customer.

3. Access to Service

The service is accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled maintenance. The Customer is solely responsible for their login credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros excluding tax (HT) or including all taxes (TTC) depending on the customer's status. Payment is made by monthly or annual subscription via direct debit (Stripe). Any month started is due.

5. Right of Withdrawal (B2B/B2C)

For consumer customers (B2C), the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, by using the service immediately after purchase, the Customer may be required to expressly waive this right to access digital content. For professionals (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply, except for specific conditions provided by law for small businesses.

6. Liability

CRM-AIO is a decision-support and management tool. The Seller cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions taken by the Customer based on information provided by the software. The Seller is committed to a best-efforts obligation regarding the availability and security of the service.

7. Personal Data

The Seller undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations regarding the processing of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Termination

The subscription can be terminated at any time from the customer area. Termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. In the event of an account deletion request, access to the service is immediately suspended and subscriptions are terminated. For reasons of security, fraud prevention, and to prevent quota abuse, account data is kept in a secure archive for a period of 90 days. During this period, the User may log in to request the restoration of their account. After this period, all data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence

9.1 Nature of AI Service

CRM AIO integrates AI features (interpretation, chat) constituting a therapeutic thought aid.

9.2 Limitations and Liability

CRM AIO AI is not a medical device. It cannot diagnose or prescribe treatment. The practitioner remains solely responsible for the final interpretation and therapeutic decisions.

9.3 Data Protection

Patient personal data is stored exclusively on the user's device and is never transmitted to external AI services.

9.4 Availability

The AI service is subject to quotas depending on the license tier (Free/Premium).
