At CRM-AIO, protecting your personal data is a priority.

2. Collected Data

We collect data necessary for providing the service: identity, contact details, payment information (via Stripe), software usage data. Important note: Your patients' medical and personal data (records, notes, analyses) are stored exclusively locally on your device (encrypted .db file). The editor has NO access to this data, which is neither collected nor transmitted to our servers.

3. Purposes

Account management, SaaS service provision, billing, customer support, service improvement, legal obligations.

4. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is accessible by our technical team and subcontractors (Vercel hosting, Stripe payment) strictly within the limits of their missions.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, and transfer your data. Contact us at contact@crm-aio.com to exercise your rights.

6. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (session, security) and anonymous analysis cookies to improve the experience.

7. Data Processing by AI

7.1 Locally Processed Data

The following data is processed exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to third parties:

  • Patient data (identity, contact details, history)
  • User preferences
  • Session and reading history
  • Generated notes and reports

7.2 Data Transmitted to AI Services

To generate interpretations and responses, CRM AIO transmits to language models (LLM) only:
