Important note: Your patients' medical and personal data (records, notes, analyses) are stored exclusively locally on your device (encrypted .db file). The editor has NO access to this data, which is neither collected nor transmitted to our servers.

Account management, SaaS service provision, billing, customer support, service improvement, legal obligations.

4. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is accessible by our technical team and subcontractors (Vercel hosting, Stripe payment) strictly within the limits of their missions.

6. Professional Outreach

As part of our outreach to professionals, we may collect professional contact details published on public websites or directories: identity, profession, email address, and the address of the source website. This data is used solely to present CRM-AIO to professionals whose activity is relevant to our solution, based on our legitimate interests. Access is limited to CRM-AIO and the technical providers strictly necessary for web research and email delivery. You may object to these communications at any time by replying “STOP” to one of our messages or by writing to contact@crm-aio.com. Your contact details will then be removed from our mailing lists and retained only as a fingerprint in our suppression list to prevent any future solicitation. Prospecting data is retained for three years from its collection or the last contact.
