◈ Creating an Invoice
- Click New invoice in the form
- Enter the date, service and amount
- Select the initial status: Draft, Pending or Paid
- Save — the invoice appears instantly in the History
◈ Status Tracking

|---|---|
Draft | Being written, not finalized |
Pending | Sent or given to the patient, payment not yet received |
Paid | Payment recorded |
◈ Export & Email
- PDF: generate a professionally formatted invoice in one click
- Email: send directly to the patient from the interface (address pre-filled from the Identity file)
