✦ Brief Therapy
Narrative revelation via the 74 AIO concepts — in analytical or socratic mode.
"Five cards. A mirror. A transformation."
◈ The Concept
Brief Therapy is a space for accelerated decoding. Starting from a situation described by the patient, the Cerveau AIO selects 5 cards that form a mirror of their inner dynamic.
This is not a diagnosis. It is a structural revelation — the mechanisms that silently organize the patient's situation.
◈ The Two Modes
| Mode | Principle | Usage |
|---|---|---|
Analytical | The AI analyzes the anamnesis text and automatically selects the 5 most resonant cards | When the patient has described their situation in detail |
Socratic | You guide the patient through a structured dialogue to co-construct the 5 cards progressively | When you prefer a progressive and participative exploration |
◈ The 5-Card Reading
| Position | Meaning |
|---|---|
1 | The current situation — the starting point |
2 | The obstacle or underlying mechanism |
3 | The available but unactivated resource |
4 | The tipping point — what can change |
5 | The path — the direction of transformation |
◈ AI Interpretation
Once the 5 cards are confirmed, the AI (Groq) generates a personalized narrative interpretation that:
- Connects the 5 cards coherently
- Anchors the analysis in session data (reason, symptoms)
- Offers a perspective on deep causes (emotional, cognitive, physiological)
- Suggests concrete action leads
Sharing options
- Audio: voice synthesis of the interpretation for immersive listening
- Email: direct sending to the patient after the session
◈ Mode Activation
A toggle in the Brief Therapy accordion (sidebar or full-screen tab) lets you switch between the two modes. Your choice is memorized and persists between sessions.
The Brief Therapy widget is permanently present in the Brief Therapy accordion of the sidebar (visible when you are on the Sessions tab).
You can:
- Unfold the accordion to access the compact content in the sidebar
- Click Expand to open the tool in a full-screen tab
The chosen mode (Analytical/Socratic) applies in both contexts.
Five cards do not tell a story. They reveal the one that was already there.
